NEC have announced the end of delivery and end of service for the SV8100 and SL1100 telephone systems, which have been replaced by the NEC SV9100 and SL2100 systems respectively.
The system hardware has been unavailable for a while but at PTL Voice and data we do have some new and used systems and telephone handsets in stock. Call us for up to date prices.
By the end of March 2018 the In app and UC Suite licences will no longer be available, and by 31/3/2019 it will no longer be possible to buy any licences for the systems, including MyCalls recorder, SIP trunks, SIP Extensions and ACD.
It is possible to upgrade the SV8100 to an SV9100 and reuse the hardware and telephones by purchasing and SV9100 processor and upgrade licence. There is no upgrade path for the Sl1100 to the sl2100, and non of the system cards are compatible in any way.
On both systems the handsets are forwards compatible so it is possible to reuse them on the SV9100 and SL2100 systems without loss of functions or features.
