PTL have designed and Installed the Telecoms and Internet and WiFi at our flagship park at Kirkby In Ashfield Notts. They have arranged for our telephone lines and internet to be connected and managed the installation at all stages. The NEC SV 9100 IP phone system they have installed handles our telephone calls simply and efficiently, and as part of the Wifi installation we can use the guest Wifi to get our customer information and send them our offers in the future. Thanks to Kev and Doug for the effecient installation of the Hi resolution CCTV at one of our sites. We weve had a few issues with intruders in the last few months but are now alerted in seconds of any trespassers and can take the necessary action.

We are in the process of reopening for golf and consequently, I would be really grateful if you could reprogram our NEC phone system back to normal. As an aside, I called a great many golf clubs over the last couple of months (including the likes of Sunningdale) and none had a call divert.
